Our newest piglets were brought home August 12, 2018. We purchased four 8 week old Mangalista x kune-kune cross piglets that we purchased from Santee Field Farm<\/a>. (Thank you Hannah) <\/p>\n\n\n\nWe will butcher them at about 8 months of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/a>8 weeks old Mangalitsa\/kune-kune \ncross piglets<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\nWe used to raise heritage cross hogs but have sold the boar and butchered the sows. We are now purchasing and then raising piglets to butcher age.<\/p>\n<\/p>\nThis little pig is about to be castrated.
